The removable washable shell is tied in 8 locations around the interior perimeter to a 6lb weighted insert. This solid throw features a waterproof shell that is plush fabric on one side and cool to touch on the reverse. The box-quilt design on the weighted insert keeps the glass beads from shifting and the weight evenly dispersed throughout the blanket and is filled with BPA, phthalate, and lead-free micro glass pellets.
