Iberia Paella Valenciana, 15.5 Oz
Ingredients: SEASONED RICE: RICE, DEHYDRATED VEGETABLES (ONIONS, RED AND GREEN BELL PEPPERS, TOMATO), DEHYDRATED GARLIC, SALT, MONOSODIUM GLUTAMATE, CORN MEAL, HYDROLYZED SOY PROTEIN DEHYDRATED CHICKEN, SUGAR, SPICES, ARTIFICIAL COLOR (INCLUDES YELLOW #5 AND #6) SEAFOOD MIXTURE: SQUID, MUSSELS, COCKLES, PEAS, CARROTS, SWEET CAPSICUM, SOYBEAN OIL AND SALT.
Instructions: Use a paella pan or a 2 quart sauce pan, shallow if possible, with a tight lid. Bring 3 cups (24 oz) of water to boil. Pour the rice package and contents of the seafood can into the pan. Continue to boil, while stirring, at least 1 minute. Reduce flame to simmering heat. Cover pan with a tight lid, and allow to simmer for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve in the same paella pan. Decorate with pimientos and petit pois (small green peas) as shown on box display. If you so desire at the end of step no.1 you can add your favorite seafood (such as lobsters, shrimps, calms, etc) and also, you may wish to enhance the flavor of your dinner by adding chunks of pork and/or chicken meat. Yields 8 - one cup servings.
